Boarding, Grooming, & Training
November 2, 1995
Dear Doris:
I would like to thank you for allowing me to observe the Basic Dog
Obedience Training classes at your store, which is located on East
Highway 22 in Union.
I am in the process of expanding my dog training operation which will
include service and therapy dogs and, in my research conducted at the
public library, I discovered Mr. Cohen through the Library of
Congress. Upon research of Mr. Cohen's background, I was impressed
with his dedication toward helping the disabled individuals primarily
through the use of his service dog program.
Upon making an unannounced stopover last week at your store, Mr. Cohen
was very gracious and receptive. He also, had no reservations in
allowing my observation of his training sessions, of which, I was very
appreciative.
I have been in the dog boarding and training business for ten years
and will admit I learned some very valuable training techniques
through my observation of Mr. Cohen's classes. His ability to comfort
the dogs in a group session, in addition to their owners, and his
willingness to openly share of his personal time is unique in
character. I commend Mr. Cohen and believe he strengthens the
dedication your business wishes to conveys to your patrons.
Again, thank you and please extend my appreciation to Mr. Cohen.
Sincerely,
Norman C. Pritchett
